Each art doll is professionally packaged using high-quality protective materials to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Where possible, shipments are fully insured and sent with trusted international courier services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in the artwork price.

The shipping fee is calculated individually based on:

• Destination country

• Package size and weight

• Shipping method

• Insurance requirements

The exact shipping cost will be provided before payment is completed.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the selected shipping service.

Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive shipment details and tracking information whenever available.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Packaging

Every artwork is individually packed with great care to provide maximum protection during transport.

Packaging materials are selected to minimize the risk of damage while ensuring your artwork arrives in excellent condition.

If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact the artist within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the artwork and the original packaging so the matter can be resolved promptly.
