Artwork Purchase Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in an original artwork by Anda Bieza.

Each art doll is a unique, handcrafted collector's artwork created with great care, artistic vision, and attention to detail. By purchasing an artwork through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Original Artwork

Every artwork offered on this website is an original creation by Anda Bieza unless otherwise stated.

Each piece is individually handcrafted and cannot be exactly reproduced. Small variations and handcrafted characteristics are part of the artwork's uniqueness and are not considered defects.

2. Availability

All artworks are subject to availability.

If an artwork has already been reserved or sold, it will be marked accordingly. In the event of multiple inquiries, priority is given to the first confirmed reservation.

3. Reservations

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically reserve an artwork.

A reservation becomes valid only after written confirmation from the artist.

Reserved artworks may be held for an agreed period. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe and no alternative arrangement has been made, the reservation may be cancelled.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in Euro (€).

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment

Payment instructions are provided after the reservation has been confirmed.

An invoice will be issued, and the artwork will be shipped only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Shipping

Worldwide shipping is available.

Every artwork is carefully and professionally packaged to ensure maximum protection during transport.

Whenever possible, shipments are fully insured.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the shipping provider.

The buyer is responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes required by their country.

7. Certificate of Authenticity

Each original artwork is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Selected artworks also include a digital Artwork Passport documenting the artwork's authenticity and provenance.

8. Copyright

The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

All copyrights, intellectual property rights, reproduction rights, publishing rights, and commercial usage rights remain the exclusive property of Anda Bieza.

The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, cast, digitally recreated, manufactured, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist.

9. Returns

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final.

If an artwork arrives damaged during transport, the buyer must notify the artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.

Each case will be reviewed individually.

10. Colour Accuracy

Every effort is made to present artwork colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly depending on individual monitor and device settings. Such differences are not considered defects.

11. Liability

The artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12. Privacy

Personal information provided during inquiries or purchases is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to complete payment, shipping, or legal obligations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion whenever possible. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Latvia.
